Dear Guru,
What frequency in the body, tone, or feeling equals ascension?
Dear Ascension,
By ascension, if you mean by definition, (the last passing from mortality before rejoining source and having no more need to incarnate), I have yet to have that experience so will defer to those whose information comes from the already ascended. Ascension at a lesser level most of us are familiar with and can be felt as a sort of euphoric high accompanied with a feeling of oneness with everything.
Language does not always allow us to articulate spiritual emotion so please choose the collection of words that best suit you personally. The resonance which unites every part of the whole self in such a way that you can actually feel your own vibration when a new level of truth settles into your belief system.
Whatever general description you choose, it is as personal and unique as your fingerprint. "Communion" has always "felt" like a word that would apply. Imagine "All that there is" sliding over to let you sit next to it on a porch swing for a while. The feeling usually fades into memory when you become reinvested in your earth story, but you will have ascended to a next higher level of "self".
