I’m seeing this guy who just has everything a women can ask for, he’s rich, polite, a complete gentlemen, very generous, and very loving. The only problem is that he is not attractive. He has everything I could ever ask for except looks? Do you think with time I could have feelings for him?

In my opinion, looks and chemistry do matter, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, with that being said, you have to look at the important things that are all positive, he treats well, he’s generous, loving, polite, and you say he is well off financially, these are all a major plus. I also believe that beauty is skin deep, you can have a gorgeous guy and he can be a real jerk, self centered,selfish, immature, I have met many of those in my life, no thanks! if the chemistry is there but the rest is not, that is a deal breaker also.

So my suggestion is to keep seeing him and see if anything develops in your heart for him, if after all his charm has not created the sparks you need then you must not lead him on and move on, but consider this, would you rather be with someone that adores you, respects you, and takes great care of you over someone with looks that doesn’t fulfill the real needs as a women we need from a man, security, love, respect, that is the question you will have to search deep in your soul about...Also isn’t this a little shallow to judge this man just on how he looks rather then the man he is inside, is that not what matters?
